Delaware Health Information Network Works to Close Delaware Healthcare Data Gap

Delaware Health Information Network is working with partners to close a significant data gap in Delaware healthcare. In partnership with PointClickCare, a popular electronic health record with post-acute care faculties, DHIN will incorporate the admission, discharge and transfer summaries for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the state.
